In both home and office paper shredders have become an everyday sight in our life. Whether you want to add more security to your business, or just want to more easily compress all those bills and ads that come to our mailbox every month, paper shredder is the tool you need. Considering the benefits and cost effectiveness of paper shredders, this is hardly a wonder. With an army of dumpster divers out there (both professional and regular ones) somebody is bound to find something important in your garbage that you have over looked and tossed away.

You can get the most basic one, a strip cut model, or top of the line cross cut, with its own disposal bin or the one that is attached on the top of your old one, there are plenty of possibilities. However, even the simplest ones require some maintenance, even if it only means regularly oiling the blade mechanism. Of course, don’t forget to use it.

Even though it won’t make you completely safe, paper shredders can help you feel a bit safer. In today’s world, that is worth paying much more than the price of one.

My new Fellows W-11C shreader is so powerful that i just put all my junk mail in the shreader still in the envelopes including the sample credit cards and all enclosures. It is the best unit i’v ever had, well worth the money. …

I have had this paper shredder for about 6 months now, and it is still working great. It is extremely well made; has never jammed, can shred a reasonable amount of paper at once, and seems to hold more paper than my previous shredder.
